Physalis extract – a corticoid-like substance – modulates the immunological and inflammatory response of the skin and reduces inflammatory mediators and related enzymes, with effects similar to those of hydrocortisone. Eperua Falcata (Wallaba) bark extract, on the other hand, boasts strong anti-inflammatory properties and acts against chronic micro-inflammation related to chrono-aging.
