PM and UVB Protector
Fine particles – especially PM 2.5 and 10 – penetrate the hair follicle. Here they are covered by polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbons, which are able to bind to the AhR cellular receptor causing a series of critical issues: oxidative stress, collagen alteration, brown spots and inflammation. The special protector contained in Citymoist temporarily binds to the AhR receptors, hindering this process, with positive effects also with respect to UVB-induced damage.
